I'm a software engineer based in Cork, Ireland, working across two stacks: TypeScript/Node.js and Java/Spring Boot. Most recently, at Finaric, I built the backend of a real-time meeting-intelligence platform for wealth-management advisory — a multi-tenant Fastify/PostgreSQL service that ingests live meeting transcripts over SSE and WebSocket and runs them through an LLM pipeline, with the compliance-grade auditing and versioning that domain demands.

Outside of work I ship full-stack projects end to end. I've built and deployed a location-based nature-observation game (Spring Boot + React Native, with computer-vision species identification and AI-generated content) and a restaurant-booking platform running live on Render and Vercel, complete with OAuth2, CI/CD, and test suites on both sides of the API.

I've always been drawn to the intersection of software and finance — I follow markets and macroeconomics closely, which shapes how I think about the products I build. I'm currently looking for a software engineering role in Ireland.
